This site offers online booking of a guided walking tour in Palma de Mallorca.

Booking terms

Prices are in euros per person and include applicable taxes. Payment is made online at the time of booking through the Revolut payment platform.

The booking is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email. Groups are small and places are limited per departure.

Cancellation: you may cancel free of charge and receive a full refund up to 48 hours before the visit by writing to [email protected]. Within 48 hours no refunds are made. If we cancel the departure, we refund the full amount or offer you another date.

Privacy

Data controller: Beach Bus Experience, S.L. We process your name, email, phone number and booking details to manage your visit, send you the confirmation and meet legal and tax obligations (legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligation).

Processors: Revolut (payment processing; card details never pass through our servers), our hosting provider and our email provider. We keep the data for the period required by tax law.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
